The staff, especially Elena and Alessandra, are friendly, accommodating, and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast, which is included, offers a delightful start to the day with free vouchers for a nearby café serving delicious pastries and coffee.

The hotel was well located in the city center close to all the major attractions, and it provided free Wi-Fi services. the staff was very accommodating and helped us with our luggage. We also enjoyed having a heater in the room as it was cold outside during our New Year's stay, and the room was cozy thanks to it.

The hotel was noisy during our stay, and we could hear sounds coming from the streets and the neighboring rooms all night long. The staff could also improve their communication skills to provide better customer service.
